DON’T WORRY….B-HAPPY!

March 20th is International Day of Happiness!
The individuals who live in the Kingdom of Bhutan (located in the Himalayan region of Asia) are said to be some of the happiest people world!  Do you know what makes them so happy? They place huge importance on being connected to one another in their communities.

So, today, let’s encourage each and every one of us to participate in spreading happiness around the globe by focusing on our connections to others and reaching out to make at least one positive connection to another person.

Feel good by making others feel good. Try sending a text to tell someone you are thinking of them and wish them a good day.  Or send a picture of yourself smiling on Instagram to all of your friends and wish them a wonderful #DayOfHappiness!  Brighten someone’s day by letting them know they are not alone and that you are thinking of them.

Happiness Starts with YOU!

It’s important not only that you make other people feel happy, but that YOU feel happy too! Remember, happiness is a state of mind, and we actually CHOOSE if we will feel happy or not. So choose happy, positive thoughts over negativity, and see how your life begins to align with your more positive attitude. After all, we attract what we think about, right?
