Q: Is BYOU Magazine a print or digital magazine?

A: BYOU Magazine has transitioned from a seasonal print publication to the digital platform of our Girls Empowerment Membership where girls now receive weekly empowerment articles and tips, monthly self-esteem webinars, digital publications (including 17 of our most popular past issues!), and more!

Q: How much is a membership?

A: A membership to BYOU Magazine is $19.99/year and you can purchase a membership HERE or in the BYOU Magazine app on iOS, Android, and Amazon devices.

Q: Can I purchase a membership as a gift?

A: Absolutely! Our Girls Empowerment Membership makes a great gift! Click HERE to purchase a gift membership, and click HERE for a gift announcement card to print or email to gift recipient!

Q: How do I activate my membership?

A: It’s easy! You’ll need your 8-digit membership code and zip code to activate your membership. Click HERE for activation instructions.

Q: Has my print subscription transitioned into a digital membership?

A: Yes, all former BYOU Magazine print subscribers have been transitioned into our new Girls Empowerment Membership, with a FREE bonus year added to every subscription! New memberships codes were USPS mailed and emailed to subscribers to activate your membership. If you do not have your new 8-digit membership code, please email us at membership@byoumagazine.com and we’ll send it to you right away!

Q: How do the monthly self-esteem webinars work?

A: As a member, you’ll receive invitations via email to attend the free live self-esteem webinars that are part of your membership. All webinar information is also available in the BYOU Magazine app in the News & Events members section–plus the app has save-the-date banners announcing dates for upcoming webinars! If you cannot attend the webinar live, they are recorded for later viewing too! Please be sure we have a current email address for you; if you need to update or add an email address to your membership account, please email us at membership@byoumagazine.com.

Q: Can I buy single copies of past print issues?

A: Most of our past print issues (2012-2017) are available for purchase for $3.95 plus shipping. If interested, please email support@byoumagazine.com.

Q: Can I get a peek of the magazine to review before purchasing a membership?

A: Absolutely! Download our FREE digital app at the iOS, Android, and/or Amazon stores and take a free two-minute sneak peek into any of our issues!

Q: How do I enter to win free prizes?

  1. Hi Jackee, yes! BYOU Magazine offers a lot of variety in regards to the ethnicity of the girls featured (on the cover, in our articles and regular features). You can download a free issue from our app on your mobile device to review a sample copy. Please let us know if you have any questions, we’d be happy to assist!
